Hi, I'm Tiffany

I didn’t set out to become an Online Business Manager. After more than 20 years working in a corporate environment, I found that the parts of my work I enjoyed most were solving problems, improving how things worked, and helping move projects forward. Today, I get to do that for established small businesses.

About Me

My background is primarily in operations accounting, where I spent more than 20 years working in a corporate setting. Over that time, I led teams, managed projects and workloads, improved processes, worked across departments, and helped implement new initiatives.

I also worked in product management for a software company and completed formal training in web development. These experiences gave me a broader perspective on how people, processes, systems, and technology come together to make a business work.

When I learned about Online Business Management, I realized it was a natural fit for the experience I had built over my career and the kind of work I wanted to do.

I like stepping back to see the bigger picture, but I also like rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. I enjoy understanding how something works, finding where things could be better, and putting the right processes and systems in place.

Today, I work with established small business owners who need more than someone to simply check tasks off a list. I help improve how their businesses operate, manage projects, bring structure to processes and systems, and make sure the right things are getting done.

I’m not interested in making things more complicated than they need to be. I’m interested in finding what works.

When I'm not working

I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two Boston Terriers, who may be small but are definitely full of personality. I also enjoy exploring new places, trying new things, and continuing to learn along the way.

I’ve always been interested in technology and like to dig into something to understand what it can actually do. That’s one of the reasons I’m continuing to build my skills in AI and explore how it can become a useful part of the way businesses operate.
